Near 32 Celsius degree in temperature. Near equator. I ask this because a boss of pet shop tell me that Husky can live in this temperature.

Not comfortably, no. The boss of the pet shop would probably tell you anything to make a sale. Siberian huskies are very adaptable, but I think asking them to live in a tropical climate is asking too much. The dog would need to be under air conditioning its entire life.
