Hello, A strong government that treats everyone equally - especially when it is time to hang for drug dealing or flogging for vandalism etc. A governor from there 20 years back told western leaders that a couple of white Aussies would hang for smuggling heroin. There were 10 races or more and race relations were always fragile at best so all would be given equal treatment... even white men. Cheers, Michael Kelly
