Assuming you are coming to KL, you can choose well-known hotels in the city area like Shangri-La, Mandarin Orientals, Istana Hotel, Marriott, etc. Or choose budget accommodations like the Sahabat Hostel in Bukit Bintang area, which is new, clean and very nice.

i recommend u to come to penang (my hometown) cause here has beautiful beaches, tasty food especially seafood, nature environment and etc. there is a lot of hotels at Georgetown also known as Penang Road! there are E&O hotel, shangri-la hotel, and many more.
