Download the laptop price list at lowyat.net Dell also sells the cheapest laptops, buy direct from dell.com.my If you are looking for second hand, look at lelong.com.my I'm afraid getting free laptops legally is near-impossible. If you are a student, and you have a student loan or scholarship, talk to your financer to add in some budget for you to buy a laptop. Usually most student loans packages have this option available.

there is no accurate way to answer that question. too many variables. first of all, r u moving to a city, suburb or rural area? then there is the the matters regarding children, how old r they n are they attending private or public schools? next, have u already bought a house or that will also be considered within the budget? last but not least, what is yr family's standard of living, really simple or pretty much extravagant. these are just a few questions u might need to consider. hope that helps.

some people can survive with just USD300 per family for a month some found USD6000 a month not enough

You are just north of the equator, how far depending on your location. Sunrise has gotten earlier every spring for millions of years. http://www.gaisma.com/en/location/klang.html (I chose Klang because it sounded neat.) The earliness You just haven't noticed. The sunrise shifts a lot further north where I live.

Since earth is tilted 23.5 deg on its axis and earth revolves around the sun. Some part of the globe receives sunlight in longer time and some recieves it in shorter time. This is a cycle. This happens when the earth is at the last quarter of its travelling time on its orbit around the sun.
