depends on the site you are shopping at...check where they ship to ....most places will take a credit card..... if you are shopping on eBay..just check the ad and see where they are willing to ship to...if it isn't listed you can ask the seller if they will ship to your country and find out the cost of shipping....than sign up for a paypal account using your bank account or credit card........... I don't know if this helped you..but where ever you are wanting to buy from they will be able to tell you how to go about purchasing the item....just email and ask them........
