He can, if he has a Permanent Residency Card issued by the government. Either way, he can also apply instead for an International Driving License.
2 :
PR and legal work pass allows foreigners to get a Malaysian driving license. Usually an international driving license, or a driving license recognised by Malaysia is enough though. On the other hand, a Malaysian driving license is a good thing to have, you can open banks accounts with it etc...
3 :
can but must go through malaysian driving procedure
4 :
yes he can..
5 :
at least must have a working permit or student visa etc, just a proof he is staying in Msia legally, just go to any driving school to ask for detail

No...u cannot buy indian stocks online. however if u r HNI , u can contact your bank or fin instn..who can invest in india on ur behalf. The other way is to search INDIA DEDICATED FUND IN UR COUNTRY AND INVEST IN THEM.
2 :
You can buy any shares from Indian stock market, but the prosiger will too long for you because you are an NRI. So easiest way is that you contact some Indian relative and invest your money by using his/her demat and trading account. But make sure it is trustworthy deal, do not forget to check your transaction on regular basis. You can got information of Bombay stock exchange from the site which I mentioned in source. Have a nice time. :)

Penny Stock market is good fun. Friend of mine is self made millionaire doing penny stock. You can check it on the video.

The both answers give you very informative suggestions

Try walmart if not I dont know........

Printing onto plastic bags is done with SPECIALISED equipment, not "normal" desktop printers. Contact a printing specdialist in your country and ask for advise. Have LOTS of money ready !

1) Ground up tortilla chips (Alton Brown's suggestion) 2) Ground up corn tortillas (similar to #1) 3) Corn Meal (less flavorful, only use this as a sub in emergencies)
