i live in malaysia. how can i give a ring to my friend at austria via mobile?
im a native from malaysia. ive yet to go to austria but i do have an austrian friend. she gave me her number the other day. its 066497xxxxx. i wanna know what should i do in order for me to be able to at least text her if not give her a ring. mobile-to-mobile. ty. ciao.
