Not quite sure what you mean but i wont waste a response with just that. Ok, to get USD (United state dollars) through exchange rates? I'd say go to am embassy or maybe a post office. Go to either of those places, probably closest first, and get directions from there. Good luck.

yes of course it is easy.just bring the wang post and your id card.go to the clerk give the wang post and your id.he will ask you to sign a form and give you the money.and finish....
