nothing stopping you. Things to consider though are freight on the goods, a return policy and you run the risk of the goods being seized in some countries if the goods you are selling breach brand trademark regulations. So you could be fined if someone took offense at your goods.

nope do it and you will quickly find yourself in hot water, besides now in order to shop on ebay you have to have a paypal account and things bought with a paypal account are covered for protection. Buyers will get their money back and you will have your account deleted and will be banned from ebay permanently.

If you misrepresent the fake goods as authentic, you will probably be in violation of eBay policies and be banned if you are caught. I don't know what Malaysian law is on consumer fraud, but you could be violating Malaysian law as well. From what I've heard, Malaysian prisons are not nice places.
