i have to kids and live in Malaysia. they receive their shot 5-6 at a time all in 1. Is it safe?
My sister does not vaccinate my niece and im wondering if i shall do the same. In malaysia they mix all the shots and i dont know how saf eit is and what shall i do. Please if anyone has any suggestions i will gladly appreciate it .

Please have your child vaccinated. It is better to get the shots rather than get the disease. There are a lot of vaccines that are already combined - DPT, IPV, Hib, HepB (this is the 6 in 1). They have done this to achieve better patient compliance. Because, it would be real, real painful and traumatic for a child to get all those 6 shots in one sitting. Most of these vaccines can be safely and effectively administered simultaneously. No contraindications to the simultaneous administration of multiple vaccines routinely recommended for infants and children are known.
