My friend is going to stay at KL for business trip. Where and how much does it cost to live in KL? Which condo do you recommend and why?? Business trip for like 2 years or more..

it depends on how long you're staying. If you are looking for service apartment, it will cost you around RM600 per day. Hotels can cost you less depending on type of room. To be at the centre of happening night life, you can stay at Concorde KL, where the Hard Rock Cafe is just downstairs, and just few minutes walk to other hottest club in town. Mandarin Oriental, located next to KLCC could be fun as well. Dorsett Regency in Bukit Bintang, uhh..a lot of place to stay.

Anywhere.... you are going to be in Malaysia. Its the best country to live in.

Rent an Apartment at Damansara because it's really relaxing there compare to other place in KL

Once you have settled in a place, you will find another best place... so, start with Cyber Jaya-it's modern...

If your friend is from overseas, the most convenience condo area you can find is in Mont Kiara. No doubt it's quite expensive from (2,000rm) for a fully furnished studio apartment to (4,000rm) for a 3 room condo, but all the amenities which you need are all there. Most of the expatriates are living in that area and the securities are quite strict. You can check out with realty agents..

considering the traffic condition in KL, I would recommend somewhere most convenient to where you would be travelling to daily. Brickfields would be ideal considering it has all the public transport needed... the condo near KL central not sure of the name
