If it is an American company, it will typically have the annual report available on its website. If it does not, you should be very cautious about investing in it.

I'm assuming youre talking about Malaysian companies. If it is a public listed company, it should be available for public viewing like the internet, newpapers (for trust funds / mutual funds), or you could even go to their office and ask for your their annual report......they should give you. If it is NOT a public listed company, you can check with ROC (Registrar of Companies / Suruhanjaya Syarikat) at the 20th floor of the hotel behind "The Mall" shopping center (I cant remember the name of that hotel). Go to the back and you pay the cashier RM3? RM5? and youll get to use their PC. make you bring the company's registration number. another suggestion is to go straight to the company's secretary and ask for it.
